Wild roses bloom in the spring and early summer here in interior Alaska and locals know to enjoy the plentiful blooms when they appear as they won’t stay long.

Made in Fairbanks, Alaska of seasoned birch bark from firewood. Cut, shaped and decorated free-hand in a little dry cabin in the woods. These earrings are are made from bark selected for durability and protected with a polymer shelac. Hooks are surgical steel (hypoallergenic).
